  • The Background Consent Form

Screening & Onboarding

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all TAC-compliant pre-employment screenings. Once your background check clears, we will schedule an in-office visit to finalize your hiring. Screening on a case by case basis.

  • Clear background & registry checks (DPS, EMR, OIG)
  • Pass a mandatory TB test prior to start date
  • Provide personal identification documents in-person only

Background Check Requirements

All applicants must complete a criminal history background screening, an Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) check, an OIG exclusion check, and any additional required registry screenings as part of the pre-employment process.
